SUTTON PLACE APARTMENT

NEW YORK, NY

As a painter, sculptor and collector, abundant natural light and sweeping East River views drew the owner to this space. We used a bright, neutral, and subtle palette as a backdrop to showcase her art and artifacts. Architectural lighting and considered built-ins throughout utilize clean lines and maximize storage and display space. The second bedroom was converted to a den and home office and connected to the main living space by an oversized pocket door. The kitchen was modernized and opened up to the dining area, further improving circulation through the living spaces and maximizing city views.
