This prime Soho loft was gut renovated using a modern language and playful, unexpected details, while retaining much of the historical character of the space. With only one exposure, the design maximizes natural light and maintains a sense of openness. The finished space is a classic downtown loft, and the perfect setting for the client’s eclectic art collection, as well as collaborations with a muralist and local artisans on some of the key pieces.
