Spanning 3 levels, this triplex penthouse was meticulously renovated to create a unique home as spectacular as its NYC skyline views. The entire space was reworked to create a layout that fit the client’s lifestyle and vision for a truly customized home that’s warm, rich, and layered. Fully bespoke finishes, furnishings, fixtures, millwork, and metalwork were employed throughout. The existing stair was replaced with a custom, sculptural stair which is a focal point of the space. A stunning rooftop includes a swimming pool and 360-degree city views.
